Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNot very timely with complaints. Bad pest control. After things leak they don’t assess or clean water damage. Newer dog owners are moving in and not cleaning up after their pets so there is poop everywhere

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesQuiet atmosphere to live, however, we are experiencing a high barking level than usual...the pet owners aren't picking up the waste product, left behind. Picnic area is the go to place for the pet owners...leaving the humans exposed to waste product...one of your tenants came up to my bedroom window, allowing the pet to relieve himself, under the window...WOW...
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI am very pleased the neighbors are very polite the property staff greet you every morning and are super nice and attempted thank you I've had a couple issues in the apartment thankfully meanings can buy very rapidly and were able to take care of the problem quickly and truly very pleased with my stay here
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLovely spacious apartment Tall roof in the living room dining room and kitchen. Bathrooms aren't as big but so a decent size. The bedrooms are just big and spacious.
|Recommended: YesI moved into Riverview Apts in November, I love my apartment. At the time I was looking I called and Ashley the assistant helped me…she made my process so smooth and easy. Even with minor request I had for Maintnance she placed them and followed up to make sure they were completed.

The complex is lil bit outdated, but they do their best to keep up with everything.
It is conveniently located in temple terrace close to everything. It has a nice access to Hillsborough river.
