Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've been at this apartment complex for 34 years and my experience has been fairly positive, a lot can happen in 34 years with management changes in office staff changes that overall my experience has been pretty good. My biggest issues have been with maintenance and repairs... But looking at it over a 34-year period, I guess overall it's been okay. With the exception of a couple of people, the office staff has always been courteous and accommodating. For the most part, I believe they do the best that they can, but the residents have to also do their part. My biggest concern right now is the huge
increase in rent. But, unfortunately that's a problem everywhere and I'm not sure what the solution is. I feel that the current staff are really trying to do great things here, and I appreciate the effort.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesVery quiet, spacious inside the apartments,, and the location is great … I would recommend anyone to live here, there’s no problem at all with pest, The apartment is very clean the outside areas days clean the staffs are very nice and helpful.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesExcited to be a new resident. Love it already. The office staff is super nice and welcoming. And my apartment is so large for a one bed room definitely worth the price. The temple terrace area is also coming up and I’m excited to be close to so many things
