Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAs a long time resident, I can honestly say that I ve had a pretty good experience. The leasing office staff, despite the many tenants and issues they have to deal with, do so with a good deal of kindness and fairness. Things aren t always perfect but I believe the key is tenants and leasing staff working together in a civil and respectful, and I believe the staff here at Riverview Apartments do their very best to accommodate all of the tenants within the parameters of the leasing guidelines. Sure, there are some things that could be improved, but they are always willing to take each issue into consideration and do what they can to make it better. I appreciate the experience I ve had with most of the staff.

|Recommended: YesBest decision EVER — I've been in my apartment for 4 months now and I love my decision to move here. My apartment is huge and I love my view of the Hillsborough River. It's quiet and relaxing for me in the evenings after work. And if you don't actually see them you wouldn't even know that children live on the property ❤️

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNice place to live. Spacious and maintained fairly well. Not perfect, but no place is perfect. I've been here 35 years, and being a good resident helps a lot. Things have changed a lot over the years, but I do believe that the current staff is doing their best to improve things.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesQuiet and relaxing community where the views of the river can’t be beat. Lots of fun community events are held each month. Would like to have the picnic and grill area fixed up, but the rest of the amenities are nice.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s was a rough experience moving in but I love the apartment and the space. There were no major problems moving in. The only this that I don’t like is the trash pick up. The trash is full always with the amount of people the dumpster.

Reference trash pickup we are on the mercy of a vendor to come 3 times per week and sometimes they come late that is why, but it is handle weekly and we usually do not have any issues.
