Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesReally love the complex, my unit, and location, but my real issue is, how a 1 1 can become a monthly rent fee of almost 1700.00 a month, which the start was about 1300.00 a month, I thought Complex’s is suppose to retain not force out My opinion. Thanks

TLR GROUP Management runs different specials all the time for any size of units in all communities and we never have the same rates for all types units base on upgrades made to the units base on floor plans, amenities and views. Once a year lease is up rates fluctuates like in every management company everyone is entitled to make a decision if decide to stay or provide a notice to vacate. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartment is very big. We did move in with some issues, Our water was leaking from the tank but was repaired very quickly reasoning of why its 3 1 2 stars would most likely be 5 if there was No issues at all.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI finish this apartment complex for more than 35 years and I've seen it all. Overall, my experience has been pretty good. It hasn't been perfect but, nowhere is perfect. I've done my best to be a good resident, and I think that goes a long way in making management's job easier. I really feel like the current leasing manager is doing her best to accommodate the residents, and make this a nice place to live. But I always say that everybody has to do their part.

|Recommended: YesI am a new resident that just moved in a month ago. When I was apartment hunting and found the River View Apartments I was so excited. When I took the tour of the Unit and the property I just knew this was the place for me. When I was approved for my apartment I could not wait to move. since I've been here everything for me has been great. I live on the second floor and I have a great view of the pool and the lake its AMAZING. The staff among other things are also AMAZING Both Belkys and Anna are very helpful and very accommodating. They made me feel welcome from the first day I walked in the office looking for a place to move into. Any questions I had for them they were able to answer them. Transacting business with Belkys, getting my lease completed receiving my deposit everything was top notch which made my move in so seamless. I know I am going to enjoy my stay here.
