Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe manger never reponse to your calls always saying this and that. And never do what she say she is going to do. Other then that the office staff is great. The maintenace man is great the older guy he is fantastic he is always one phone call away and gets the job done everytime.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far has been great Amazing size for the price and buying furniture for the apartment has been really fun for us. It’s our first apartment together so getting our first set of furniture is a new thing. Beautiful dark wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and we moved into a 100 clean apartment. Only downsides are there’s some garbage laying around, sometimes maintenance doesn’t respond, and the dog park is messy because there’s no waste bags. Other than that, it’s a great milestone for us
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSpacious apartments, quiet environment, and a very accommodating staff, who always make me feel like a valued resident. It's not easy to manage such a large complex, but I feel like they do a pretty good job. The maintenance staff do their best to keep the grounds clean and Free of trash, but if all of the residents did their part, it will be even better. I've lived here for 33 years, and I can honestly say that the current management team, is one of the best.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and beautiful. However, Jamie in the leasing office is SO unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was put into an infested and dirty apartment that wasn’t even taken care of until the day we moved in. Tania, the property manager, is your go to person. She gets things done ASAP and accommodates you the best she can.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've had 4 good years residing here. The staff is generally prompt and supportive in resolving issues and problems that may arise. The grounds are kept up very well. The apartment is large and spacious which isn't easy to find today at a decent rate.
