|Recommended: YesI love it here. The STAFF and residents are very welcoming. — Everything. My spacious apartment. There are no loud avtivities that disrupts my space. The staff are always availble when needed. This is a GREAT place to reside.

|Recommended: NoOkay — Maintenance is not all day. I get off work at 6 and when the gate closed it don’t work for our keys . We have to call cops to come open it . Did not agree to paying water bill. Pets poop everywhere maintenance do nothing about it

Thank you for your review, as it helps us to improve our community. As for the gate card, please stop by the office so that we can verify that your information is correct in the system. I apologize for the confusion in regards to paying water and sewer. There is a section in your lease titled Utility and Services Addendum which explains the charge in detail. Regarding pet waste, the resident is responsible for picking up after their pets. There are waste bag stands around the property to make it easier for pet owners to clean after them. It is not maintenance staff responsibility. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, I will be more than happy to assist you.

|Recommended: YesThe Overview for Riverview Apt Homes — I would tell them it's easy function able living. The space is amazing for the price. The grounds are kept up very well and the staff is supportive when ever your in need of help.

|Recommended: YesSpacious and affordable — i Love how spacious my home is, and it’s at one of the better prices in the area. Maintenance does a good job keeping the surrounding areas look presentable, the pool is well kept, and I personally like the screened in balconies keeps all the Florida bugs out. Also the ladies in the office are very professional and helpful.

|Recommended: YesReturn to Riverview Apartments Tampa — depends on who your neighbors are, but management has a not tolerance policy which they DO ENFORCE. I really appreciate the staff do their best to get things done in a timely manner. It's a pleasure to walk in a rental office and know that the staff is willing to listen and do all they can to accommodate their tenants in a profession and caring manner. I think they are the best management TEAM ever in Riverview Apartments because they enforce the rental agreement so that everyone who wants to live in a clean, quiet, well kept and beautiful community can do so without having to put up with those who don't appreciate wholesome living. Keep up the awesome work guys

|Recommended: YesBest in the area — Living here gives you beautiful scenery, wonderful neighbors, and it's better than the surrounding apartments. You only hear the neighbors when they turn the music up. The only thing that has made this property have a huge turnover has been the rent hikes. All of us have had our rent raised anywhere from 50 to 100 at each renewal. I was told that this is common in the NE. However, I've lived in 7 states, including the NE, and I've only seen a rent increase of 10- 20 annually. Second, be ready to walk for quite a distance from where you park. Third, the sidewalk in back floods with a regular rainfall. So you'll need TALL rain-boots. Also, we desperately need a turning light because making a left during rush hour is dangerous.

As for our prices, although you feel the rent is high, we offer more square footage for less money compared to many other apartment complexes in the area. |Recommended: YesA Wonderful Place To Live — This is a nice, quiet for the most part place to live. The room sizes are excellent and the front office staff is pleasant and very professional. The maintenance staff knows what they're doing and the grounds are kept clean.
