I feel safe, secure, and the apartment community is quiet and clean. Liz and Wanda are to be commended for bringing a higher level of care to this apartment community.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love living here at Riverview apartments I've been here for about 4 years now haven't had any major issues I guess that's why I'm still here lol. They have great floor plans an some updated units that are really nice. just minor hiccups along the way as probably any other apartment would after being there for 4 years, things like plumbing an a c issues over time I guess but matienace great., other than that, it's a great place to raise your family they have all the amenities for kids like playground, pool ect.

|Recommended: YesIt’s just ok. — I’ve lived here for a little bit. The stairs aren’t exactly awesome at either entrance of the building. Yes I told them . The gate system is not right. I asked the office how to use them because since I’ve lived here they haven’t worked. They gave me the wrong directions. They screen their calls so you have to call a thousand times to get them to answer the phone. It’s simply aggravating. When a tenant wants or needs something we shouldn’t have to call a bunch of times or leave a lot of messages just for the call not to be returned. other than those things the apartments aren’t bad. It’s quite. I love my home.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have lived here for around 5 years and I personally have been fine with the community. Theres has been minor issues but they have always been resolved. The AC is not the best but its fine I have my own, otherwise Its as calm as I like it to be.
