Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've been here for 34 years... — I've been here for 34 years, and have seen it all... the good and the bad. Overall, my experience has been okay. Most of my issues have been with maintenance, but I feel like the crew that is here now are trying to do better, and I believe the New Management has a lot to do with that. I won't bring up the huge increase in rent, because that's happening everywhere, but it's still an issue. I can honestly say that there's been in obvious effort to keep the complex cleaner, and the people in the office are easy to reach, where is in the past it would be hard to get someone to answer the phone. I really feel like they have the best interest of resident and the apartment community at heart. The people in the leasing office are friendly, and I really feel like they do their best to accommodate the residents. I've had a fairly good experience since I've been here, because I do my part in being a responsible resident. The people in the leasing office have a job to do, and so do we.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI've been at this apartment... — I've been at this apartment complex for 34 years and my experience has been fairly positive, a lot can happen in 34 years with management changes in office staff changes that overall my experience has been pretty good. My biggest issues have been with maintenance and repairs... But looking at it over a 34-year period, I guess overall it's been okay. With the exception of a couple of people, the office staff has always been courteous and accommodating. For the most part, I believe they do the best that they can, but the residents have to also do their part. My biggest concern right now is the huge
increase in rent. But, unfortunately that's a problem everywhere and I'm not sure what the solution is. I feel that the current staff are really trying to do great things here, and I appreciate the effort.
