The staff is generally prompt and supportive in resolving issues and problems that may arise. The grounds are kept up very well. The apartment is large and spacious which isn't easy to find today at a decent rate.

It's not perfect, but overall I've had a pretty good experience here for the last 33 years.

Although we had a few complaints about a few minor things they immediately rectified it. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are super friendly and it really feels like home here.

Maintenance takes a little bit to respond. Some little things could be fixed here and there like I wish exit gates actually closed instead of staying open all the time. I also wish half of the laundry room washing machines weren’t broken. But again these are little things.
